Hope you have had a great summer. I would like to meet together to assess the state of fund-raising for this trip and the plans you may have for the coming year.
A couple of reminders:
1. If you have not registered your student with WorldStrides, the deadline to get the price of $1930 is October 9th – after this the price is increased to $1975 – so please make sure you do register now.
2. Please remember that all of our families are responsible for fund raising. Each family should come up with one fund raising idea for the entire group that the entire group will implement. Each child is responsible for doing his/her part of each project in order to participate in having a part of the group's money. Every single family participating in this project is busy so no one person can be responsible for doing the entire project. Unfortunately, my schedule is so full this year, I can coordinate what I can from the school but I am not going to be able to oversee all the fundraising projects for this class. Patrick Kenney has agreed to be our 'Group Captain' and will help coordinate the trip.
